At Homes in Havering (HiH) we appreciate that the needs and circumstances of our residents may change on a regular basis. We ask that you complete and return this form to help us ensure that we meet the diverse needs of our residents.

Tenants living in a property under a joint tenancy must both complete a copy of this form.

Any other person(s) living in a property (including children) who require a service adjustment must also complete a copy of this form. This will allow us to update our records and provide the best possible service.

If you have completed an About You Form within the past 12 months, you do not need to do so again (unless your circumstances have changed).
