Tenant Services Authority
The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) is the independent regulator for affordable housing. The main goal of the TSA is to raise the standard of services for affordable housing tenants. They aim to achieve this by encouraging landlords to allow residents to have their say in the way their homes are managed.
The TSA was set up as a result of the 2008 Housing and Regeneration Act. The Act increases the TSA's powers over the regulation of social housing.
