Estate Inspections

Homes in Havering (HiH) is committed to undertaking Estate Inspections once a month to ensure it can respond quickly to the needs of residents.

Estate Inspections cover all aspects of communal repairs and estate based services. Officers from HiH will look at what can be done to improve estates and welcome residents' ideas on how HiH can achieve these improvements. Inspections will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout each month.

Residents can learn when the estate where they live will be inspected by downloading the timetable available on the right. Residents can also see which estates have already been inspected by viewing the reports produced by Estate Officers. These reports are contained within the pages listed to the left. Please note that the reports are listed by 'patches'; a breakdown of which can be found to the right of this page.

All inspections begin at 10am and residents are welcome to join Estate Officers as they perform inspections.
