About Us

Homes in Havering (HiH) is a not-for-profit organisation, owned by the London Borough of Havering. All of HiH's income and surpluses are used to provide services for residents.

The Homes in Havering vision is:

Mission statement

"At Homes in Havering, we will deliver decent homes and excellent services;we will help to create sustainable communities, where residents are proud to live, work and play; and we will become an employer of choice."

To deliver this vision and mission statement we have also adopted six overarching values which taken with our five strategic themes, encompass our business aims and provides a balanced picture of the activities we seek to pursue. Our overarching values are to:

• Provide value for money in everything we do
• Achieve success through partnerships
• Be positive about equalities
